 Elizabeth PAL's  mission is to teach children and adults of all ages how to swim and be confident in the water.   
We welcome and support anyone in need
of our services. 
 Our goal is driven by the growing need and demand for  basic water safety within our community.

Swimming Lessons Breakdown

  • 6 week course
  • 45 minutes per session
  • Monday or Friday               (space is limited) 
  • Session time 6pm or 7pm        (space is limited)
